Carlos Ortega Elizalde is a digital artist based out of Guanajuato, Mexico. As a digital artist, he makes unbelievable cartoon like characters and characterless depicting his ethnic culture. We truly love his way of making his caricatures appear to be alive by adding a very life like 3D effect. His work has been featured in magazines from countries around the world including magazines in Australia UK and Korea.
